So....BEST NIGHT in a long time a few weeks back. Me and the Gyal head to the DURKL spot in DC (If you dont know about durkl clothing, your late. Click the link and redeem yourself). The homie Judah has a collaboration mixtape and t-shirt release and the joint is poppin. Everybody in DMV music is in the building. Tabi, Phil Ade, Ra the MC, The Five One, Innerloop Records crew, etc, etc. Its poppin. So we bounce from there after a few hours of rockin with music, drinks, and virtual fixed gear lol. Walk down the streeet to Chinatown & we're starving. The Gyal's Jamaican ass needs a curry fix, so we bust in this hole in the wall chinese spot and who's in there? PAUL f***ing RODRIGUEZ. Def in my top 3 favorite skaters. I had my P-Rod boots on looking like a super stan haaa. Shouts to P-Rod. And to top the night off, the ride home (except for a lil trouble from the Fairfax County Police) was cised by the Judah x Durkl "Survivor Series" Mixtape. Favorite tracks : "In for the Kill" by La Roux, & "Kick Rockz pt 2" by Tabi Bonney. The cover of the tape says vol. 1, so hopefully vol.2 can have my name on the tracklist...
